  • - Easy day trip from Plettenberg Bay
  • - Good choice of three circular walking routes

The Robberg Peninsula is a nature reserve and national monument that lies about 8 kilometres south of Plettenberg Bay, a prestigious coastal resort on South Africa's famous Garden Route.

The ecology of the Robberg Nature Reserve is similar to that of other rocky headlands on this coastline. It presents a fine example of how plants and animals adapt to the interacting influences of land and sea. Robberg Nature Reserve offers excellent walking and hiking trails and is an great view site for whale and dolphin sightings.
